During the Project, we align the 6 key points analyzed in the Diagnosis.
The project is not about recommendations, but the implementation hand by hand of the necessary changes to assure that:

1. The company’s strategy is directed towards the achievement of its objectives.
2. The productive processes support the strategy.
3. The organizational structure is aligned with the processes.
4. Adequate measurement systems are implemented for the proper control of the processes.
5. There is a compensation scheme that promotes the appropriate behavior.
6. The key role profiles are adequate to support the entire process.
